What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction - Estimator - PM - Earthwork and Utility Contractor position at Aero Construction Division of Pacific Commerical Equipment, Inc.?
Snohomish County earthworks and utility contractor is looking for an Estimator to join our management team. Our work is mostly private residential plat and multifamily site work projects.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. The position requires strong math, computer and communication skills. Must be proficient in doing quantitative take-offs and producing detailed bids with HCSS Heavy Bid Software.
Must have construction experience estimating and managing earthwork, sewer, water and storm drain systems.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years private site work construction estimating.
• Strong personal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of HCSS Heavy Bid, Microsoft Word and Excel and Project software and Planswift.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Construction Management degree.
• AGTEK Software experience.
Salary DOE, benefits package includes a company truck, medical insurance, holiday and vacation.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
