Position: Quality Administrator / Technical Records Librarian

Job Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains all aircraft related technical data, indexes and manuals in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Repair Station and established company procedures.
- Maintains pertinent FAA regulations, specifications and airworthiness directive files in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintains revision control of working copies of manuals and technical data for all units. Maintains technical data revision sheets within established procedures.
- Procures, catalogs and maintains technical data including manufacturer overhaul manuals, service bulletins, drawings and related technical and regulatory data.
- Assists in annual inventory of working libraries as required.
- Participates in the internal audit process as directed by the Director of Quality.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills
- Superb written and communication skills.
- Attention to details is a must.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years performing aviation records and library functions.
- Knowledge of FAA Airworthiness Directives.
