Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during restorative, surgical, implant, and cosmetic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols
- Take digital radiographs, CBCT scans, and intraoral photographs
- Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Help create an exceptional patient experience at every visit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Dental Assisting experience preferred.
- Ohio Dental Assistant certification and radiography certification preferred, as applicable.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control standards.
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred.
