Senior Data Management Analyst

AERMOR is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to provide expert-level support in developing, organizing, maintaining, and improving documentation and data management systems. This role ensures accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support Government decision-making. The analyst will identify the nature and scope of issues, perform detailed reviews, and prepare recommendations that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize documentation and data management systems.
• Define and assess data-related problems, determining scope, impact, and potential solutions.
• Collect, review, validate, and analyze complex data sets.
• Prepare findings and make recommendations to the Government based on analytical outcomes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and version control across all assigned systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and work effectively in Windows-based environments.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting as required.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Six (6) years of professional experience related to documentation development, data management, or similar analytical functions.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting Government programs or similar structured environments is preferred.
• Must meet IAM Level III requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is strongly preferred.
