Position Overview: Aeriz is searching for a full-time General Labor technician employee- for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. General Labor Tech is responsible for supporting the operation and all its departments with general labor for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility. General Labor must be available to work all shifts ( Day shift, second shift, night shift). The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn more about the subject.

General Labor must be available to work all shifts ( Day shift, second shift, night shift). The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn more about the subject.
Responsibilities
• Show up on time with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Maintain strict paper records of weighed products, boxed items, equipment maintenance, QC, and duration to complete the task.
• Record keeping of all details pertinent to production, inventory and QC.
• Follow all standard operations procedures set forth by management.
• Counting, sorting, labeling, assembling, bagging, sealing and boxing.
• Packaging products with accuracy; weighs and packages flower, pre-rolls, concentrates and edibles.
• Counting, grinding, operating, and assessing raw material products before operating pre-roller machinery.
• Filling multi packs into jars and filling single 1-gram pre rolls into individual tubes.
• Precisely hand trim cannabis flower, removing only excess leaves and stems to maintain the integrity and aesthetic quality of the bud structure.
• Operate and monitor trimming machines if applicable, ensuring product quality.
• Assemble tables, racks, mounting lights, fans, etc. for cultivation and production operation.
• Staging equipment for different departments.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment, tools, and workspace to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Package and label all products and packaging, prepare orders for shipment, assist with inventory count.
• Clean grow tables and grow rooms after flower room harvests, and vegetative transplant and assist in daily sanitation protocols to ensure a sterile growing environment is maintained.
• Wiping down racks, guard rails, and walls as necessary.
• Assisting with: Nursery room maintenance, watering and fertilizing plants, transplant.
• Proper plant maintenance: labeling, defoliation, pest, and disease control in main VEG areas.
• Perform daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation and trimming of plants.
• Perform maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contamination).
• Routinely use scissors, shears, for performing plant maintenance such as defoliation, and plant clean up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Pass a Background Check
• Knowledge of cannabis growth cycle and requirements preferred
• Ability to keep up with management/operation expectations based on task assigned
• Ability to work full 8hrs shifts
• Ability to swing shift, nights shifts and weekends
• Exhibit the ability to work well within the organization and with others
• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, stretch and lift up to 30 pounds. Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.
Work Environment:
This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoors which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. The Cultivation Department operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
