About the Role:
Join our growing team of environmental professionals providing inspections and sampling for residential and commercial properties across Florida. The position involves hands-on fieldwork, client communication, and report documentation related to indoor environmental quality, asbestos, lead-based paint, and related services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of field experience in environmental inspection or consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, building envelopes, and remediation protocols
- Familiarity with environmental sampling methods and COCs
- Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Industrial hygiene or indoor air quality experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field inspections, sampling, and documentation
- Prepare clear and detailed reports of findings
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and property managers
- Travel to project sites (occasional overnight travel <20%)
- Maintain equipment, samples, and accurate records

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
