Sr. FP&A Analyst, Operations / Site Finance
Location: Crawfordsville, IN
Comp: $81K–$117K
I’m partnering with a growing Fortune 500 industry leader that is adding finance talent across multiple locations after a recent acquisition.
This role will support a manufacturing site with budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, reporting, and business partnership. It’s a great fit for someone who wants to be close to operations and help leaders understand what is driving results.
What you’ll focus on:
- Bottom-up monthly forecasts and annual budgets
- Weekly and monthly reporting packages
- KPI and variance analysis
- Cost savings, profitability, and efficiency opportunities
- Business partnership with functional and operational leaders
Ideal background:
- 3 years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance experience
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Experience supporting forecasts, budgets, and management reporting
- Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial results clearly
