Manager of FP&A, Operations Finance
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Comp: $120K–$145K
We are partnering with a Fortune 500 industry leader that is hiring a Manager of FP&A focused on Operations Finance.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys manufacturing finance, operational KPIs, budgeting/forecasting, capital analysis, and partnering directly with operations leadership.
The company has a strong executive team, a promote-from-within culture, and is continuing to build out its finance organization following a recent acquisition.
What you’ll focus on:
- Budgets, forecasts, and operational reporting
- Manufacturing KPI analysis
- Capital investment analysis and forecasting
- Performance improvement opportunities
- Cost savings, profitability, and process improvement initiatives
- Team leadership and cross-functional business partnership
Ideal background:
- 5–10 years of operations finance, FP&A, manufacturing finance, or related finance experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Manufacturing and cost accounting exposure preferred
- MBA or CPA a plus
- Ability to lead, influence, and present to business leaders
