We provide substance use disorder treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment where counselors are able to focus on what matters most; helping people make real and lasting changes.

- Developing individualized treatment plans with clients based on their identified needs, strengths, goals, and level of care.
- Providing treatment interventions and psychoeducation consistent with the client's treatment plan.
- Completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation.
- Monitoring client progress and updating treatment interventions as needed.
- Helping clients develop practical skills for maintaining recovery and managing challenges.
- Providing education related to substance use, relapse prevention, coping skills, recovery, and other treatment-related topics.
- Coordinating care with treatment coordinators, peer recovery staff, probation/court personnel, medical providers, and other appropriate supports when authorized.
- Participating in clinical team meetings and supervision.
- Maintaining professional and ethical boundaries while creating a welcoming, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.
- Advocating for clients and helping connect them with appropriate community resources.
- Supporting clients through both the successes and challenges of the recovery process.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, genuine, and comfortable working with people from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences.
The ideal candidate:

- Understands that recovery is not one-size-fits-all and can individualize their approach to each client.
