Responsibilities

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Handle cash handling duties such as cashiering, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping with accuracy and integrity.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain organized store environment through supervising stocking, merchandising displays, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management software, and cash handling procedures.
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, purchasing, and marketing strategies to boost store performance.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, budgeting principles, and administrative tasks such as payroll and bookkeeping.
