Job Summary
**NOTE: This is a one day event on Wednesday September 30th**
Aerial Illuminations is putting on a drone light show in the Nashville, TN area on Wednesday September 30th. We are looking to hire a few crew members to help put on the show. Pay is a flat rate of $200 for the day. Meet at 12PM - 11:45PM with a 1 hour break
Basic Duties (Including but Not Limited To)
- Assist with setup and teardown of drones and show equipment
- Prepare and maintain drones for performances
- Assist with physical setup, equipment placement, and safety checks
- Follow all safety protocols
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Monitor drone performance throughout the show
- Conduct pre- and post-show inspections, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition
Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Availability to work the entire shift
- Ability to lift 25 lbs minimum
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the event site
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Previous experience with drones, AV equipment, or event production is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Scheduled hours will vary and require flexibility
- Wednesday September 30th at 12:00 PM
- End times vary; most days are expected to conclude around 11:45 PM, depending on show schedule and cleanup
- Crew members are expected to remain through full cleanup
- Breaks will be provided throughout the shift
- Working outside - dress accordingly
Job Details
- Job Type: Contract
- Pay: $200 flat for the day
- If you have to leave early for any reason the pay will be $15/HR and not the flat rate of $200
