What We Would Like You to Do
AER Technologies, Inc is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our success-driven company. The primary role of our Dealer Success Representative (DSR) is to answer a high volume of incoming warranty, sales, and service support calls from automotive dealerships and independent service centers. As an AER DSR, you will:
- Communicate with our customers via email and inbound calls
- Identify opportunities to build and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clientele
- Assist customers with questions regarding shipping, billing, and delivery
- Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve issues/concerns and build customer-focused solutions
- Ensure product deliveries and returns are completed in a timely manner
- Support special projects, and assist with unit processing and disposition as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
