Job Description
AER-FLO Sports is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales team in Lincoln, AL. As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our continued success by handling internal sales quoting and all other support functions for our sales staff and customers.
Primary Responsibilities include:
· Work with inside sales representatives to handle all customer inquiries
· Handle inbound phone calls and emails for internal bids and quotes
· Prepare freight quotes as needed and assist with freight claims and warranty issues
· Assist with review and processing of orders as needed
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
· Agility and flexibility required in a fast-paced business
· High School degree or equivalent; College preferred
· Ability to research and analyze information efficiently
· 1 - 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
· MS Office Suite
· Experience with CRM software
