Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite – please note that remote profiles will be considered, but candidates who are willing to come onsite will be prioritized)

The Senior Government Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing key aspects of the government pricing revenue cycle while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with Legal, Finance, Market Access, and Commercial Operations, offering strong visibility and opportunities to build influential relationships across the organization. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments. They enjoy tackling complex pricing and compliance challenges, conducting financial impact analyses, and presenting insights to diverse stakeholders. Core responsibilities include accurate and timely calculation of statutory pricing metrics such as AMP, BP, PHS, ASP, Non-FAMP, and FCP. The analyst also supports system enhancements, audit readiness, and process improvements to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Development and support of expert financial systems to support the government pricing business analysis, contract negotiations and compliance management. • Responsible for accurate calculation of statutory pricing and rebate calculations under current government regulations along with financial analysis of the pricing on Franchise sales. • Proactively utilize technology and tools to optimize operations. • Ensure integrity in government pricing systems. • Perform as the Vistex Government Pricing SME by completing super user tasks within Vistex - tracking and managing all open issues. • Analyses complex problems systematically, organizes, and identifies underlying causes and generates solutions for government pricing reporting. • Development of contingency plans to deal with unexpected issues. • Provide expert knowledge of regulatory compliance for Federal and state processes. • Coordinate contract document development and legal review on government contracts. • Maintains pricing within government pricing system in accordance with current contract volume trends. • Supervisory/project management lead skills on government pricing projects. • Communicate effectively within department and cross divisionally. • Provide compliant set of processes to meet all internal and external compliance standards (including, but not limited to SOX, CMS and multiple State Medicaid filing requirements) avoiding criminal, civil and monetary penalties.
REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Finance major preferred), preferred MBA. • 2-4 years of financial analysis experience. • Excellent analytical skills to calculate and submit accurate pricing and assess financial impact. • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with all levels of internal and external customers. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent knowledge of PC based software programs with Excel skills and understanding of systems. • Broad knowledge of database applications.
