Role Summary:
Drives the planning, coordination, and delivery of department communications and digital media initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals.
This role blends strong project management expertise with creativity and digital insight to deliver high-impact communications that engage, inform, and inspire internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management
Lead the end-to-end management of communication and digital media projects — from concept through execution — ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Establish and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dashboards to track progress and performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations across corporate functions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and results.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
