LPN – LTC/IDD Contract | New Hope Village | Up To $1,360 Weekly

Shift Options:
• Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (37.5 hours weekly)

• Evening Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (37.5 hours weekly)
• Weekend Package: Friday–Monday (mix of days/evenings)
• Every other weekend required

Travel Pay (50 miles):
37.5 Hour Week: $1,360 Weekly Gross

• Taxable Hourly: $18/hr
• Tax-Free Stipends: $685

Contract Length:
• 13 Week Contract (can extend)

Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care at New Hope Village in Carroll, Iowa. This facility serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries, supporting individuals in achieving independence, personal growth, and a high quality of life. The LPN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting residents’ medical and daily living needs.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document appropriately
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Assist with care planning and daily living support
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team

Minimum Qualifications:
• Active LPN license (IA or compact)

• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in LTC, IDD, or behavioral health preferred
