Job Summary Responsible for coordinating and planning flight operations for corporate or private aircraft. This includes managing flight schedules and communicating with flight crews and maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations. Participates in the financial and accounting functions of the Aviation department, including budgeting and regulatory reporting. Supports general office management functions, such as IT applications and equipment. What you'll do: Allocate resources (Flight Crews and Aircraft) for the completion of requested flights Develop a flight itinerary which will be provided to flight crews, management, and customers Responsible for coordinating ground transportation, catering, and other arrangements as necessary for customers Responsible marshaling aircraft as assigned by management Knowledge of FAA Regulations Adhere to FAA regulations and company policies and procedures Provides basic support to executive staff associated with Aviation accounting issues Assist with regulatory filings for aviation department Monitor and assist with budget oversight for corporate operations. Prepares reports for senior management as required, under supervision. What we are looking for: Education Associate Degree in Business or related field of study. Or equivalent education. Work Experience: Two years experience in the Aviation organization or travel services industry. Nice to have: Corporate Flight Scheduling/Dispatching experience Experience with PFM or similar scheduling software Experience with accounting reporting related to Corporate Aviation Possess excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be available for occasional weekend and “off hours” Must be available to work a rotating day/evening shift In addition to a competitive compensation, AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of our employees.
