AFO is seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead - Talent Acquisition to drive our recruitment efforts and lead the end-to-end hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or TA team members (if applicable)
- Own and optimize recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health)
- Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and People Ops on onboarding and workforce planning
- Stay updated on talent market trends and best practices
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience in a lead or senior role
- Proven ability to manage high-volume or specialized hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in [industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance] is a plus
