Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for a Therapist, based in Boston, MA, with opportunities to work both in-person and remotely. The Therapist will provide counseling and psychotherapy services to clients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain clinical documentation in adherence to professional standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, offering crisis intervention, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The role requires attending occasional team meetings and maintaining confidentiality in client care.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Counseling, Psychotherapy, and Crisis Intervention
• Proficiency in conducting Client Assessments and Developing Treatment Plans
• Experience in Trauma-Informed Care and Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques
• Ability to maintain accurate Clinical Documentation and Adhere to Professional Standards
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; licensure preferred (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Experience in Telehealth Services is a plus
