The Customer Service/Office Administrator will be the main point of contact for the company’s customers. This person is responsible for processing all orders, handling customer inquiries, and performing clerical duties in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Answer general phone line
· Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products and order status
· Proactively monitor and manage input of high volume of customer orders
· Utilize QuickBooks to navigate and support customer orders and requests
· Filing all sales orders, invoices, and payments received from customers
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with tight timelines, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong, professional communication skills – listening, verbal, written and presentation
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Quickbooks experience a plus
