We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized BILINGUAL Purchasing Manager/ Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Skateboarding and Inline Skating Factory. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities and providing administrative support to our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with purchasing procedures, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Since our parent company is from Spain, we are looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish, given that 50% of training will take place in Spanish and our day-to-day operations are in both languages.
Purchasing Duties:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; resolve issues with suppliers as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems related to company sales orders.
- General point of contact with customers regarding orders and invoicing.
Skills:
- Passion for skateboarding, board sports culture or the outdoor industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, office software (Excel, Outlook etc.) as well as any ERP.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a purchasing role and administrative role; experience in the skateboarding, sporting goods, or lifestyle retail industry is a plus as well as having a history of dealing with international customers.
- Office Schedule: 8 hour work day, 5 days a week. Since training will be done in coordination with our parent company, we may require the Purchasing Manager to come in before 9 AM due to the time change.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
