We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cherry Picker to join our Pico Rivera warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently retrieving and handling products in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to operate cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA regulations.
Duties
- Operate cherry pickers and other material handling equipment, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and manage order fulfillment.
- Build and organize pallets for shipping or storage.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating cherry pickers or similar equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
