CNC Programmer
- Hours on this role in El Monte are expected to be 6AM – 430PM Mon – Fri, alternating Saturdays 6AM – 1230PM.
- Ideal candidate would have 5 years' experience programming CNC Mills & Lathes using Autodesk Inventor CAM (Strongly preferred), Fusion 360, and / or Mastercam X9 (3 years programming is a deal breaker)
- The ideal candidate would have 7 years' experience in machining (can include programming) where he performed Mill & Lathes operation AND setup. (5 years machining is a deal breaker)
- We are looking for someone that still wants to be hands-on and involved in the machining process from program design to finished part, so communicating with the machinists on how the programs are functioning is huge.
- The ideal candidate will have programmed vertical mills, horizontal mills, AND lathes.
- Ideal candidate will be bilingual English / Spanish.

Responsibilities
· Program CNC Mill & Lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
· Utilize Fanuc controls for programming and operation of CNC machinery.
· Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.
· Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new machining processes.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
· Train junior staff on CNC programming techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in CNC programming languages.
· Strong knowledge of Fanuc systems and controls.
· Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
· Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
· Experience with Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam X9 is a must.
· Understanding of machining processes including electrical discharge machining.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· A degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field is advantageous.
