Our client is a fast-growing advanced material startup specializing in cutting-edge nanofiber technology. We’re looking for a highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to help us keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things in order, supporting a dynamic team, and staying on top of the details. You’ll play a key role in supporting our front desk, shipping/receiving, invoicing, and facility management tasks — and if you have bookkeeping experience, that’s a big plus!
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, manage front desk communications, and handle incoming calls/emails.
- Manage mailing, shipping, and receiving for the office and lab.
- Help track invoices, payments, and purchase orders with vendors and clients.
- Assist with facility operations, including bill tracking, utility accounts, and service scheduling.
- Maintain inventory of office/lab supplies and coordinate reorders.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (optional, but highly preferred).
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations.
