Experienced Inside Sales Coordinator for major Electronic Manufacture's Representative AEM Group
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, focused, and experienced individual to join our group as an Inside Sales Coordinator to be located in Madison, Alabama. The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities to support our sales team, Principals and Customers throughout AL, GA, NC, TN.
Full-Time Position / Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package
*Qualified Candidates must have 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales Coordinator or Customer Service working in Distribution and/or Rep firm. This role requires a personable team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
Inside Sales Coordinator Duties include but not limited to:
- Support Outside Sales Representatives by managing assigned accounts, opportunities, and follow‑up activities.
- Prepare and process requests for quotes (RFQs) for electronic components and related products.
- Communicate with manufacturer partners to obtain pricing, lead times, availability, and technical support.
- Enter and maintain accurate sales orders, quotes, and customer data in CRM or required method.
- Proactively follow up on open quotes, sample requests, and customer inquiries as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order status, expedites, and delivery issues.
- Support new design wins and lifecycle management of components (new, active, NRND, EOL).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
- Assist with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, delivery, or product availability in a professional and timely manner.
