Position Overview — Infrastructure Scheduler
We’re seeking an Infrastructure
Scheduler to support our growing pipeline of infrastructure and structural projects. In this role, you'll perform inspections across NY/NJ job sites and contribute to the ongoing development of welding quality assurance processes at AEIS.
What You’ll Do
Quality Assurance & Inspection
- Develop and maintain accurate, detailed project schedules to support on-time and on-budget delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and identify risks or conflicts impacting the critical path.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic, aligned, and achievable.
- Prepare and communicate schedule updates, forecasts, and mitigation plans to support informed decision-making.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate inspection records and generate professional reports using our proprietary software.
- Verify and review WPSs, PQRs, and Welder Certifications.
- Contribute to quality documentation systems.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with project managers.
- Participate in process optimization reviews and corrective action reports.
What We're Looking For
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience with MTA Projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex project schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $40hr - $50/hr. This range is based on national market data and may vary widely by experience and location.
