Key ResponsibilitiesFor Process Technicians:Set up and adjust molding and extrusion machine parameters according to validated specifications.Perform machine changeovers efficiently to support production schedules.Verify machine setups at the start of each shift.Document setups, parameters, and tools used to ensure consistency and accuracy.Troubleshoot and resolve process issues quickly to minimize downtime.Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean and organized.Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts.Provide technical support to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and quality standards at all times.For Apprentice Process Technicians (Entry-Level):Assist in machine setup and adjustments under supervision.Perform basic changeovers and troubleshooting with guidance.Document setups and follow SOPs accurately.Maintain a clean, organized work environment.Participate in hands-on training to build technical skills in molding, extrusion, and process support.
