Machine Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift) – St. Charles, IL

My staffing agency is partnering with a global, family-owned manufacturing company in St. Charles on multiple Machine Operator openings. These are go-to-work positions — the process is very quick and streamlined, and all interviews go directly through me.

Available Shifts
2nd Shift:
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
$20.60/hr $0.75/hr shift premium
3rd Shift:
10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday
$20.60/hr $1.50/hr shift premium
Weekends as needed
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in powder coating production
- Support production processes including mixing, extrusion, grinding, and packaging
- Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
- Follow production instructions and maintain safe operating practices
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning in production areas
- Work in a powder manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience required
- Comfortable working in a powder/dust manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math and basic computer skills
- Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
