yA well-established manufacturer in Lake Zurich, IL is conducting a confidential search for an Injection Molding Supervisor to take full ownership of their injection molding department. This is a replacement role and the company is moving quickly — the right person walks in as the department leader and makes it their own from day one

.

The department runs 5 injection molding machines in a high-mix, low-volume environment producing 350 different part numbers across 36 raw materials. This is a working supervisor role — you will be on the floor with your team every day performing changeovers, mentoring operators, and driving the department forward. What You'll Be D

• oingTaking full ownership of a 5-machine injection molding department in a high-mix, low-volume job shop environ
• mentCoaching, mentoring, and developing 2-3 entry-level operators and working alongside an experienced senior techni
• cianPerforming mold setups, changeovers, and operating machines as needed when the team is short or volume demand
• s itMixing raw materials and managing material selection across different resins, colors, and pellet s
