Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our industrial equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including motors, control panels, transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring in industrial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and equipment longevity.
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Install and program variable frequency drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other control systems.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable safety standards, including lockout / tagout (LOTO) and arc flash protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize machinery performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Document work performed, including maintenance logs, repairs, and parts usage, in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Inspect, test, and calibrate electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Train team members on electrical system safety and operational procedures as needed.
