Aegis is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our clients organization in Plattsburgh, New York. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience -
- 6 years in engineering field with demonstrated project and process management skills
- 5 years supervisory/ management experience, including leading teams, driving cultural change, and process improvements.
- Consumer-packaged goods, packaging, or food/beverage industries
- Experience working in a high speed, high volume production
- Strong financial aptitude and analytical skills, and experience managing a capital budget
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management (CMMS), Maintenance Connection, and ERP (SAP)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience in union environment
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with process engineering tools and manufacturing equipment such as pulpers, molders, presses, printers, and labelers.
- Positive leadership style with a focus on leading change and employee development.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
