Custodian/Janitor - First Shift

Aegis is seeking a Custodian/Janitor - First Shift! You will be responsible for maintaining a a clean, safe, and organized work environment at the manufacturing facility and office.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (3 bathrooms locker room), including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers
• Maintain break room, kitchen, and training room cleanliness (tables, chairs, counters, microwaves, etc.)
• Empty and replace trash bags throughout offices and common areas
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers
• Support occasional deep cleaning projects as directed

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience (at least 6 months)
• Dependable and punctual - this person must be reliable and consistent (need to run references on the front end before subbing)
• Ability to work independently and follow a set cleaning schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, mopping, and carrying trash bags
