Position Summary:
Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Indianapolis, IN area who is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business processes and translating operational needs into scalable and reliable technology solutions.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6 years of IT experience
- Extensive experience developing and/or implementing ERP and/or MES/Supply Chain systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and resolve complex system issues through effective troubleshooting.
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring systems align with operational requirements and business objectives.
- Lead business analytics initiatives while overseeing system integrations, data flows, security, and platform performance.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and vendor solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall system effectiveness.
- Oversee the support, implementation, and customization of ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
