Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week
Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient
Location: Vi at Silverstone - Scottsdale, AZ
Pay: state range up to $38 per hour (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:
- Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
