The Command Center Operator is responsible for overseeing security systems, managing security cameras, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to protect people, property and assets.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitoring Security Cameras: Ensure that all security procedures are followed, including access controls surveillance, and emergency response.
- Incident Management: Document and report security incidents promptly and
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Act as a point of contact with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to support security operations and business interests
- Emergency Response Coordination: Coordinate response efforts during emergencies, ensuring that all security personnel are trained on evacuation procedures and emergency
- Establishes proactive and collaborative relationships with site manager to strengthen security response times.
- Maintains all post documentation
- Previous Command Center or Video Surveillance experience
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong report writing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with customers and/or law enforcement.
- Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities.
- General computer knowledge and able to adapt to software
