General Responsibilities Include
- Evaluating construction projects to determine and measure delay impacts using recognized methodologies
- Analyzing delays, both contemporaneously and forensically, using Oracle/Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or ASTA
- Creation of Time Impact Analyses (TIAs), Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), and formal claim documents
- Developing and analyzing contractor loss of productivity
- Calculating and reviewing project damages
- Working closely with attorneys, owners, and contractors
- Writing comprehensive reports supported by rigorous analysis, verification, and documentation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to learning and actively participating in the Boot camp program.
- Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field or two to four years of construction experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
- The Bootcamp will be 50 percent of the day, and the other 50 percent will be spent working with colleagues on client work.
