Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Leesburg and Mt. Dora, FL, for a HEDIS Coordinator. The HEDIS Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and validating clinical data, identifying gaps in care, and ensuring compliance with HEDIS quality measures. The individual will collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to gather and analyze information, prepare reports, and assist in improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and outcomes. The coordinator will also ensure timely documentation and submission of data to meet agency and organizational requirements.
