Senior Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire
Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a leading manufacturer near the Lewsiburg, TN area and we are assisting them in hiring for a Senior Maintenance Technician to take a lead role in keeping production running smoothly. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone with strong industrial maintenance experience and the ability to guide a small team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily maintenance activities and support junior techs as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, 3-phase motors, and general mechanical/electrical systems
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting/adjustments on PLC-driven equipment
- Schedule and complete preventive maintenance, work orders, and equipment inspections
- Support continuous improvement and help minimize downtime
What You Need:
- Solid industrial maintenance background
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and PLC-controlled machinery
- Ability to lead, train, and coordinate work
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
