Build sustainable packaging at scale
Our partner converts recycled fiber into containerboard powering the corrugated box industry. We're seeking an Industrial Maintenance Team Lead who balances safety, craftsmanship, and uptime to keep a continuous operation moving.

- Lead both mechanical and electrical maintenance crews—coach safe work behaviors, enforce policies, and uphold rigorous LOTO practices.
- Own daily maintenance execution across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems; sign off work only when it meets spec and plant standards.
- Shape the plan: assist with work order prioritization, schedule creation, and technician assignment in the CMMS (Maximo preferred).
- Drive reliability: engage in RCA investigations and continuous improvement to remove chronic failures and elevate quality.
- Control the essentials: manage tool/consumable inventory, ensure safety equipment inspections are completed, and champion housekeeping in high-traffic and limited-access zones.
- Support 24/7 reliability by participating in an after-hours maintenance rotation; maintain full compliance with confined space procedures and internal processes.
Tools and tech you'll use
- CMMS platforms (with a preference for Maximo)
- Electrical test equipment: meters, meggers, analyzers, and phase meters
- Control systems: PLCs and DCS
- Mechanical systems: hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, cylinders, belts, pulleys, bearings, and gearboxes
How you'll succeed
- Bring proven experience in continuous manufacturing with a demonstrated focus on safety, quality, and uptime.
- Read and interpret schematics; troubleshoot plant equipment across electrical and mechanical domains.
- Apply sound mechanical practices and correct materials/tools to maintain rotating and fixed assets.
