GTAW Stainless Steel Fabrication Welder

You’ll review drawings, set fixtures, and lay clean, consistent welds that meet exacting customer specifications. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with engineering and production to solve fit-up challenges, verify your work against prints, and keep projects moving on schedule—exactly the kind of pace a lean, quality-driven shop thrives on.

• Initial 6-week contract with potential to transition to full-time based on performance
• Living costs for relocation during the 6-week stay may be covered
• Compensation is flexible and commensurate with experience

• Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings to plan precise weld sequences
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet internal quality standards and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a lean manufacturing setting
• Partner closely with engineering and production to hit project milestones

• 3–5 years of TIG welding experience
• Current or previous certifications such as ASME Section IX, AWS D1.6, or AWS D1.9
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
