- Print Operators: 6 months of printing press experience (flexographic preferred; lithographic or rotogravure accepted).
- Assistant Print Operators: 6 months in manufacturing or machine operation.
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
- Comfort with basic computers, math, and measurement tools.
- Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend).
- Ability to train on 1st shift.
- Print Operator: $27.27–$28.87/hr $2/hr night shift differential
- Assistant Print Operator: $24.06/hr $2/hr night shift differential
- Shifts: 6:45 AM–7:00 PM (Days) and 6:45 PM–7:00 AM (Nights)
- Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 (48 hours one week, 36 hours the next)
