Key Responsibilities:
Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision-machined components
UtilizePC-DMISsoftware for running programs and performing dimensional inspections
Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
Document and report inspection results accurately
Identify non-conformances and communicate findings to Quality and Production teams
Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance with aerospace/automotive standards
Qualifications:
2 years of CMM operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong experience withPC-DMIS(program editing and running programs required)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Experience inspecting tight-tolerance, precision components
Aerospace and/or Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
