Blending Technician
Direct Hire | 3rd Shift – 10:00PM–6:30AM, Monday–Friday
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Pay: Up to $24/hour
Aegis Worldwide is hiring a Blending Technician for a leading beverage manufacturer in Indianapolis. This direct-hire role is responsible for preparing and blending raw materials to meet production needs while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure, weigh, and blend ingredients according to established recipes and procedures
- Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with food safety standards
- Record data on ingredients, batches, and production runs
- Inspect raw materials and report quality concerns to leadership
- Assist with inventory control and staging of materials for production
Qualifications
- Experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments required
- Ability to read and follow recipes, formulas, and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work overtime or weekends as needed
