AR/AP and Inventory Accounting Analyst (Manufacturing)

Aegis has teamed up with a manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village to hire an Accounting professional who thrives on volume, precision, and ownership. In this role, you’ll keep cash moving, inventory accurate, and records spotless while working in a close-knit office that values stability and long-term growth. A day in the role Start your morning reviewing payments and bank activity, ensuring entries are posted correctly using solid debit/credit fundamentals. You’ll move into creating and sending a steady stream of customer invoices (50–80 each week) and processing supplier bills (40–50 weekly). As the day progresses, you’ll keep a pulse on inventory and materials, update part counts, and jump in on shipping and logistics documentation when needed. Throughout, you’ll work inside QuickBooks, coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, and help the office run smoothly—phones included when needed.
