Position Overview
As the Receptionist with Notary Certification, you will serve as the first point of contact for phone coverage, clients, and visitors. We are very low traffic office for in person visitors so In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing notary signing services (including RON), and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Make runs to the county for walk on recordings
- Notary Services:
- Provide accurate and efficient notary services for clients and document signings related to real estate transactions.
- Maintain proper records for all notarized documents in compliance with state laws.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and team members.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in a real estate, title, or legal office.
- Familiarity with title software (such as SoftPro, Qualia, or similar platforms).
