- Manage assigned complex liability claims, ensuring timely and proper coverage analysis and verification.
- Evaluate liability and damages, achieving accurate and timely results.
- Establish and adjust UNL and NUNL reserves, reflecting AEGIS' ultimate probable cost/exposure.
- Provide advice and technical assistance to insureds' claim professionals and defense attorneys.
- Conduct settlement negotiations and consult with Claims management and the Claims Review Committee, as required.
