Oasis / Coding Review Specialist

COMPENSATION: $28.85-$31.25/hr DOE
STATUS: Full-Time, W2 Employee
LOCATION: Tucson, AZ or Omaha, NE ( 2 days in office and 3 days remote)
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Review clinical charts to confirm alignment with internal standards, state/federal regulations, and payor requirements
- Identify trends, support quality improvement initiatives, and track follow-through
- Coach and train clinicians on documentation best practices and compliance expectations
- Partner with Quality leadership and cross-functional teams to support timely reporting and corrective actions
Qualifications
Required qualifications/skills:
- LPN, RN, PT, or PTA; HCS-D and COS-C or HCS-O required
- 1 year home health/hospice/related clinical experience; strong documentation review capability
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality methodology, and payor rules
- Clear communication, high attention to detail, independent work style, deadline focus
