COMPENSATION: $20 - $22/hr DOE
STATUS: Part-Time (20 hours per week), W2 employee

Job Summary
- Track and manage compliance documents (state and Medicare) to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Input, organize, and maintain data in various systems, including compliance databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with preparation and management of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and tracking of compliance-related materials.
- Learn and utilize ClickUp for compliance tracking and office support.
- Assist with audits or reviews of compliance documentation.
- Provide general office support, including basic tech support.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience with iSolved is a plus
- Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help)
- Current CPR Certification (we will help) & Proof of Negative TB Test (we can test)
