- Conducting scheduled in-home non-clinical visits with Bridge Patients.

- Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with facility staff.

To thrive in the role of Bridge Patient Care Coordinator, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year in healthcare marketing (preferred).
- Possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable automobile.
- Provide proof of current automobile insurance (MVR required).
- Have a clear negative TB test.
