Position Summary:
The Concierge / Courtesy Patrol Officer serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and secure environment. This dual role combines front-desk concierge responsibilities with routine security patrols and incident response duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Concierge Duties:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors professionally.
- Provide information and support for local services, amenities, and events.
- Manage package deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and resident notifications.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk/reception area.
- Log visitor entries and monitor guest access per property policies.
- Support property staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Courtesy Patrol Duties:
- Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the premises, including parking areas, amenities, and common spaces.
- Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
- Respond to noise complaints, disturbances, and resident concerns.
- Document and report incidents accurately using shift logs and digital reporting tools.
- Provide visible presence to deter misconduct and promote resident peace of mind.
- Assist in emergency situations according to property protocol (fire, medical, security).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hospitality, security, or customer service preferred.
- Valid drive's license.
- Security guard card required.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer literacy (email, incident reporting platforms).
